Chattahoochee River at US 41 has thankfully now peaked at 24.11.
Yeah, it's gone from cloudy and blustery to bright, sunny and dry.

A lot - western border of Arkansas to upstate NY, and great lakes region to Montgomery, AL north to south, unless you count the bands still stretching to the keys.
Doing some rough eyeballing, the diameter ranges from 750-1,200 miles or so, with the west-to-east axis being the longest.

Number of injuries from the Rocky Mount tornado is now unknown, with four of them being listed as critical.
edit: Latest update from Nash County now reports 15 injuries (no fatalities thankfully) and at least 14 buildings severely damaged. A witness reported seeing a wedge tornado that was possibly up to 3/4 mile wide, but we obviously won't know for sure until damage surveys take place.

Is that the Walters Dam? If so - that's another big one.
Exactly. You cannot have a "Boy Who Cried Wolf" situation with a potential dam failure. That will kill more people in seconds than the strongest tornadoes.
