200 frame IR animation of it crossing Cuba. (Time sensitive - this loop will update)

Got some pink showing up in the IR overlay on that tower on the NW side of the eyewall. That's one's tall.

Looks like it might be starting an eyewall replacement cycle.

Outer eyewall definitely looks to be taking shape. Unfortunately there should be enough time for it to complete the ERC today/tonight and then have time to strengthen again before landfall.

Tornado warning popped in Monroe County, FL. Thankfully this area is essentially uninhabited.

Forecast track has shifted southeast some, which might spare Tampa a direct hit. The center of the cone is kind of splitting the uprights between Tampa and Fort Myers right now.

On a less serious note, my high school (in Georgia) bumped their game up to Thursday since their stadium presumably doesn't double as an ark.

Sucked in a slug of midlevel dry air, but has pretty much mixed it out now.

Key West gauge just went in to the major flooding category, and still a little over an hour before high tide. :(
