I must admit it does seem quite reasonable to think it will be at the Bahamas by late morning/early afternoon tomorrow. The question I would have is does it slow to a crawl? I’m still going with a non-landfall in Florida.

This pushes our category five streak to a record four years in a row. Unfortunately, it's looking like our category five landfall streak will also be pushed to a record three years... that's statistically pretty incredible. Remember we only had two category fives through the entire 1990s and three in the 1980s. Since 2000 we have now seen THIRTEEN.
