Severe WX Severe Weather Event April 13-14, 2019

The CAMs have done pretty well so far. Warm sector a little messy but still serviceable; I'm most interested in the region around Natchez, MS, later this evening.

Tornado watch now for the eastern part of the MDT; it is not a PDS either. Cells starting to ramp up in north-central LA as they head for the warm front.

That storm SW of Monroe, LA looks to be ramping up as well.

Tornado warning south of me in NC.

Area below needs to be watched closely, this is the new violent tornado parameter from mesoanalysis page and it did pretty good with the Beauregard tornado.

1388

1389

Storm mode is still a bit messy. The stuff developing in SW LA or perhaps the cells NE of Alexandria (becoming powerhouse big HP blobs) are still interesting, but have to see if stuff stays discrete enough and junk convection doesn't interfere. Looks pretty nasty overnight here though.

That parameter seems maxed in the path of the Alexandria area storms; kinda concerned we get some big entirely rain wrapped monsters outta those storms in that environment. They will be very hard to see

That storm near Bronson, TX just went with a TOR Warning. Debris signature.
