Isn't that CAL from the old forum?
Yeah that's him. I think he has an account on here too but I've only ever seen a few posts from him over the past few years

So now BOTH the GFS & the NAM show higher accumulations than currently forecast. Fox 6 did mention a slight change/increase in accumulations. At ABC 33/40, the models seemed to have updated right after he put together the forecast. The models gave Evan accumulations he hadnt accounted for.

I dont know if things will be as clear in the am as some have forecast. I went to Mass tonight so I didnt have to get out Sunday.

Yep, that's the comma head that's going to rotate through jete
O

You beat me lol! Yeah we both agree that BMX did the right thing including more counties to the WWA!
It looks like the developing comma head is doing its thing in Miss. Now the big question is how much cold air can it produce on its own and bring it down through the column and how quickly, thats what will dictate accumulation amount and lead some areas getting alot of snow, others nearly nothing

Really good snow shower on the West side of Madison, AL right now but it doesn't appear to be accumulating on any surface yet.

Richard, now that the event is unfolding in real time, what are your thoughts on north/central Alabama?
There will be some accumulations...thats about all I can say. I came up with this map last night, i have low confidence it will actually turn out this way....especially if the York report of 1" is correct, it is already busting.
