The weather surely seems determined to take out Central AL's main radar sources today
it does. I was pretty sure Columbus was on the hit list as well.
 
And now another rotating supercell south of Selma lol. This is going to be a night with a bunch of small touchdowns in random places I see
 
Continuing the other Shelby Co storm, near Columbiana, moving eventually to Wilsonvillle and Harpersville

That first tor warning is cancelled...for Shelby, Jefferson and St. Clair
 
Maybe things will calm down as this goes east!
 
Radar trends showing weakening as they head east. I think East Alabama will mostly escape this
 
Some severe TS near Montgomery and North AL

The hrrr has been dead set on riding a big UH spike (or two) along the escarpment in WNC later today. Interested to see if that plays out or not.
