It also looks like another area of strong rotation to the south of that tornado, is that another mesocyclone or just radar noise? It doesn't look very well organized on reflectivity.
 
And we're barely into the ENH area with this, jeez.

No high risk upgrade at 1630z. That uh...might prove to be incorrect if this is a sign of things to come. The junk convection in the warm sector in Louisiana is lifting north and the sun is breaking through the clouds in some places in southern and central Louisiana.
 
The good news is Bob Peck is seeing mostly light damage. A few trees down, but looking like EF1 damage from what I can see.
EDIT: Never mind, just as I say that he comes to a destroyed mechanic shop. Looking more like EF2 damage here.

This storm has gotten stronger since these screen shots!
