On the state line now. If you live in the area of this storm, take cover.

Do y’all think all of the rain in North Alabama is lessening the instability and tornadic threat. Or as the line progresses, the storms will continue to rotate

Right now the storm in Franklin County and into Colbert County is still rotating. What the storms do as they move east we will not know until it moves that direction. There are storms that could possibly move into North Central Alabama

Looks like Pickens warning is canceled, but still broad rotation and high winds. ANYWHERE along this line has the potential for brief tornadoes and strong winds with the parameters we have now so whether or not it's warned is of little consequence.

Seems the line has caught up to the cell in NW AL. It looks to have merged just north of Red Bay and lightning output has decreased significantly.

New TOR warning for Colbert and Franklin counties in AL.

AT 1222 AM CDT, A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS LOCATED 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF RED BAY, MOVING NORTH AT 50 MPH.

Also starting to worry about the storm to the south near Bexar.
