Severe WX Severe Weather Event April 13-14, 2019

I'm probably going to call it a night, now that the line has passed and the warnings are in a lull. Suspect there will be a few more, but I'm interested in seeing what happens once daytime heating begins ahead of the line than pulling an all-nighter. 'Nite.
I'm right behind ya. Thanks to everyone that has been on today. Has been fun to see a lot of the original TalkWeather gang hangout with us. Hope y'all stick around for the fun midweek.

New tornado warning for southern Shelby county.

Yep there we go, that's gonna get VERY close to KBMX and Calera. Super low level scan of the couplet there.

Reports of North Shelby Baptist Church having damage per FOX 6.

CC reaaaally noisy that close to the radar of course, but looks like we have a tiny single pixel to single pixel G2G here... would not be shocked to see a tornado down on the NW side of Calera a stone's throw from NWS BMX

Last scan shows a north jog and slight weakening; if it's down it's LITERALLY going to go basically right on top of BMX

Tor north of us and tor south of us....
