That storm near Blum is looking like it wants to produce a monster. The velocity couplet continues to intensify scan after scan.

Yeah, I totally missed the one down in Northumberland Co. The one in Maryland made me nervous because it was heading straight toward Frederick, which is a pretty large city.

New tornado warning in western Maryland too, just to the east of Frederick. It's over a pretty sparsely populated area at the moment but there's another cell behind it that's trying to get its act together right along I-40.

Things are trying to start building to my West in a line all the way up to the north of the Dallas area
where a current warned storm is currently going on. Might be a long night here after the temp spiked at 93 and probably created a lot of energy with the 72-degree dewpoint.

On another note, today is the 22nd anniversary of the 1999 Oklahoma tornado outbreak including the infamous Bridge Creek-Moore tornado.
That's as strong as it gets!!!
