Severe WX Severe weather thread March 5th-7th, 2022

Well, something just blew up on the storm near Knoxville, AR. Huge TDS.

Looks more like contamination to me, but there's quite a few spotters and chasers on this cell right now. We'll have to see what they report is actually going on from their respective vantage points.

The main cell near Dover looks pretty textbook on regular reflectivity, but seems to be struggling to produce a strong, tight meso. No obvious signs of debris on CC either.

Two areas of rotation now? Can’t say for sure because I don’t see much on reflectivity that corresponds with the northern rotation.

The Havana and Danville cells, while quite small, have developing mesos. They could cause problems if they grow and intensify.

I'm not quite sure what to make of this now. Is it trying to form a new meso? Also note the rotation on the smaller cells to its SW
