I'm back. Rotation went south of the house by 2 or 3 miles. Definitely a lot of hard rain (still falling) and some thunder. If there was any hail, it was small mixed with the rain...considering how much 60+ DBz values were headed here and over me, i'm really surprised i didn't hear anything a lot louder or distinct.

Im guessing today will be the usual nothing burger until the nocturnal jet kicks in? Seems to be the status quo here in the southeast lol O.o
I really wouldn't be surprised if this is another case of that. In which case, it's a good thing Pontotoc appears to be out of the danger zone now.

I'm hoping a lot of people in Mississippi and Alabama stay safe as the evening hours kick in.
