This stretch starting on the 17th has been basically the opposite of the entirety of last year. Been a long time since we saw such a classic sustained outbreak sequence pattern.
I know one of the big wedges got preliminarily rated low EF3 despite slabbing a probably poorly constructed house. One or the other also caused ground scarring and very high end vehicle damage but I'm not sure which.

There were three beautiful supercells tracking across West Virginia the other night. Not that I would ever be stupid enough to chase there but they’re better supercells than we usually see here.
