Tuscaloosa County has been added to the existing tornado watch.

Temp in the Shoals area is around 60F. High was supposed to be in the low 70s. Will these much cooler than forecast surface temps reduce the severe potential for this area?

One that now has my attention is the cell near Philadelphia Ms.

Doesn’t look that impressive on velocity though. Like every other cell tonight, it seems unable to establish a low-level meso.

Yeah those couple of isolated cells near Louisville/Philadelphia definitely makes that extension wise as low level shear increases tonight, not to mention the threat from spinups along the line
