We got one tornado-warned cell menacing the area immediately north of Little Rock and another tornado-warned cell heading for Little Rock itself. I can only hope that nothing bad happens with this...

I think the HP nature of the storm caused it to choke itself off. Looked really nasty for there a bit though.

RFD surging ahead of the circulation, cutting off inflow. Might cycle back up or hopefully the circulation gets too broad for its own good.

Hmmmm looking at the radar I'm very skeptical about the current tornado report and associated tornado emergency. Radar tells a different story than what is being reported.

Yeah...like I said earlier radar isn't perfect, but at this close proximity and in a populated area, a significant tornado would be obvious on velocity and CC.

Seeing multiple "shelf cloud viewed from the side illuminated by lightning" videos from the Cabot area on Twitter. I think continuation of the tornado emergency is ill advised at this point.
