I'm not sure if those Wind Advisories in Illinois are in preparation for Helene's remnants, but roughly 1517 miles (Key West, FL to Kankakee, IL) are under some sort of weather alert.

Can someone link me to a way to get those Local Watch/Warning Statements for a specific location if such an interface exists?

The easiest way is to just go to the local office page on the NWS, and then click on a county or city on their WWA map. It'll take you to the forecast page for that specific area, including watches and warning messages.

This is my file on Hurricane Helene. 180 total

Just FYI, I have created PowerPoints for every Atlantic and Eastern Pacific tropical system since 2000 including the Advisories/cone, interesting info, satellite, radar images, etc. Haven't got quite finished with the Eastern Pacific yet as I've still got 2021, 2022, and 23 to finish. If anyone is interested in seeing some, DM me.
