...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1000 PM CDT FOR EASTERN
PONTOTOC AND LEE COUNTIES...

At 921 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was
located near Troy, or 8 miles south of Pontotoc, moving northeast at
35 mph.

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

Couplet looks to be weakening in recent scans. Wouldn't be surprised to see the cell reorganize and cycle by the time it reaches Tupelo though.

Yeah, it's definitely weakened by now, but seems like they think it'll cycle back and so that could be why they're keeping the PDS up for now (or at least waiting for continued weakening).
