Ongoing tornado southwest of LaPlace, LA. Heading right for Montz. Debris signature evident on CC.
TDS on storm northeast of Shubuta, MS.
Direct hit on Killona, quite a few structures there. Not good.

Debris signature has really spiked in the latest radar scan. Not good at all.

Warning near LaPlace now has the observed tag.
Also a direct hit on Montz, and heading directly for the TMSY radar site.

That’s an intense tornado racing for Lake Pontchartrain.
Low rotating wall cloud on the Hattiesburg, MS cell.
Will likely be a direct hit on Lacombe if it holds together over Lake Pontchartrain.

New warning on a cell near Des Allemands that's headed towards Boutte.

Not good. I spent time near LaPlace quite a bit in the the early-mid 90s. I know Ida hit it hard Summer 2021. They don't need this.

The storm that produced near Shubuta still has an impressive couplet but the TDS looks a bit ragged. Not sure if that's due to distance from the radar or what.
