Yesterday was the first time I was legitimately scared of a tornado. I thought that supercell was gonna keep on producing tornadoes up until it hit Elkhart County.

That was a CMU home that was also anchored according to Nick.I know the pictures are from a distance and I’m not 100% sure what that structure was. However, that looks like some degree of debris granulation?
Can you share? I am a central office administrator in West Alabama.Took a quick look, and surprised to see the hrrr has about 2/3 isolated supercells ahead of the line into Mississippi and Alabama.
Said this yesterday morning. The cell that produced all the tornadoes in Lake Village, Wheatland, etc was a good example of a storm just riding the boundary out and continuously taking advantage of the juiced environment. I think we're lucky that those other cells that tried to fire around Bloomington and Peoria area could never really properly get going or else it could have been a lot worse in the 15% risk area. The warm front boundary is so sharp but I think any storm that really is able to hook on and get going has a chance to produce big time given the parameters in place
