Yeah no doubt gfs is just know catching up … euro and cmc are outbreaks . Good ensemble suooort gefsTwo-day contour on the latest 4-8 for 3/29-30. The latter is quite large. Discussion makes mention of an "all-hazards" threat (implicitly including tornadoes), which is rather unusual at this range.
Seems the operational GFS may be playing catch-up with this setup a bit, because while the last few runs do depict a trough in this timeframe, it doesn't appear exceptionally impressive to me at least compared to the mid-month system we just had.
