Yeah if only, we just hit a record high at DCA (99).

A SVR warned cell down this way too in Montgomery County. Wouldn’t say no to some rain right about now.

I'm mainly pointing it out saying "severe thunderstorm outbreak" and "tornadoes, some of which may be strong". I haven't seen that wording in tornado watches here before.

Maybe? There are PDS tornado warnings (albeit incredibly rare; I think only one has been issued?) so it might be possible.
The tornado that had a PDS tornado warning was in 2022 or 2023, and it was nearly a mile wide in Ontario. I don't remember which one it was, but I do have a screenshot of the message somewhere. I can try and find it.

Any Ground truth on that SWPA supercell? It's due south about 15 miles of me but if it turns NE I might be in trouble.

The cell near West Swanzey, NH might be the one to do it. SVR with TOR POSSIBLE tag at the moment, but it's got a couplet and is right in the SPC's 10% area.
