Warnings are directly to my WSW, luckily I'm by Lake Michigan so they still have a way to go before they reach me. Conditions outside feel a lot more favorable for severe weather than they did this afternoon

I was hoping for some destructive mergers as those cells congealed but that doesn't look like the case.

Pretty much all of Chicago is now under a warning, but the only really tight rotation I see at the moment is near South Barrington* headed toward Palatine/Buffalo Grove.
*Edit: Or Inverness.

Actually, looks like ORD is well south of the polygon.
Edit: But the TDWR is south of the airport. I think the airport itself is actually just within the polygon.

I'm just trying to imagine dealing with getting folks sheltered at O'Hare. They are in the polygon, and have had time to prepare, but still. Ick.
