The aftermath of the Hard Rock Hotel collapse looks post apocalyptic.
Word is they’re expanding the evacuation zone because the crane that is 300 feet tall is still teetering.
I'm sure adding rain won't help the issue.

Back in May, three Indiana judges got into a fight. It was the crescendo of an incident brimming with colorful details: a gaggle of judges drinking the night before a judicial conference, a failed attempt to visit a strip club called the Red Garter, a brawl in the parking lot of an Indianapolis White Castle.
I'm Team CPAP. Took a few weeks for me to get used to it but I consider it life changing now.Anybody else on here use a CPAP/BiPAP? It's been an interesting experience for me so far.

It takes some getting used to positive airway pressure devices but most everyone says it's well worth it. Be sure to keep it clean though.
What causes sleep apnea?
Dude. What a mess! @KoD cover your eyes for a second.... yeah I had a pressure issue and going back to a specialist a few times at $45 a pop was getting old. I downloaded SleepyHead and started looking at my data and learned how to adjust my pressure as well. Took a few times but I got it right and never heard a complaint when I gave my data to my doc. Didn't exactly admit that I had changed it either I did notice they updated the number on the chart. Glad you have figured a lot of that out and wish you the best on your journey. I know in the first few weeks I had it I would throw it on the ground in the middle of the night. One morning I found the hose and mask detached and thrown across the room. However, now I just live with the tube and such. I did however stop using distilled water in the unit because I found it actually made some my sinus issues worse.I've heard a lot of people say that, and I'm *hoping* that I'll be one of them soon. A quick backstory is I slowly fell apart in 2019, energy level got worse and worse as the year went on, then around October/November I would occasionally be woken up gasping for air and/or feeling light headed. I hadn't really considered sleep apnea as an issue, I don't really fit the "classic" profile for OSA. After a host of other unexplained issues that popped up, and waking up not breathing getting more frequent, I had a sleep study done and had a nice AHI value between 30-40.
They weren't able to find a good pressure on my first sleep study, so they had me come back for a second sleep study. Still weren't able to get a good pressure for me, so they sent me home with a BiPAP and a "best guess" pressure and told me to use it for a while and see how I adjust. That pressure was too high for me so I had them lower it so I could at least get use to it, but at the new pressure I developed TECSA (treatment emergent central sleep apnea).
I'll probably get barked at the next time I go to the doctor in March, but I figured out how to get into my device and have been tinkering with my pressure settings, trying both CPAP and BiPAP. CPAP eliminated the central sleep apnea issue, but I had a high AHI from obstructive apneas and (mostly) hypopneas. BiPAP all but eliminated the OSA/Hypopneas, but I had a high AHI value from central sleep apneas. Finally after doing a little research, I've been able to find a setting on BiPAP with a smaller pressure differential that has made a huge difference. I've been on it since mid-December, but I only made that change about 10 days ago, and I am really starting to notice a difference now.
Love my SoClean! Best time saving investment ever! Don't be surprised if it discolors your headbands a little.I was admittedly bad about cleaning it (and knew I would be going forward) so I bought the SoClean2 device that sterilizes it daily. Actually just got that in yesterday.

Sleep apnea sounds like hell on earth. I am a crazy person the next day if I don't sleep well.
I couldn't access the forums last night and just now when I did, I was logged out and the colors on the template were inverted. Was able to remember my password and log in and the template reverted back to the white background and black text. Anyone else experience this?
