There is a stomach virus going around that I believe was planted by ISIS...it makes all versions of The Satan Virus seem mild and easy.......it never, ever goes away!

And my husband isn't covering his mouth enough when he coughs and we rode to Hoover in my tiny, now germ ridden car....

Ask my wife.......I like what I like and when I lock in on something I stick with it. This especially pertains to restaurants. When I find a dish I like, I get the same dish every time we go to that restaurant. A popular restaurant in Huntsville is Rosie's Cantina, and I stick with the basic chicken enchiladas. Every. Time. Some times I go in saying I will try something different but then settle on old reliable.

Not tonight.

I ventured out of my comfort zone and ordered the Big Papa Burrito. Stuffed with smoked pork, red skin potatoes and a spicy southwestern sauce with melted cheese on top.

Game changer.

Now I'll probably spend the next 10 years getting this same dish when we visit Rosie's.

One time at a luncheon about 10 years ago. Its odd that I remember that but it was good.

My wife usually gets the fajita salad and the house dressing they use on the salad is delicious. I always have her order a 2nd bowl of the dressing so I can use it as a chip dip.

Ice on the roads and to my knowledge I-20 is closed at this time.

Rosie's is a very well place. The put money into their food. It where I take out of town guest, and, they always impressed.

Well I got myself stuck in the suburban last night. I needed to move it and the doors were completely cemented with ice. So I was able to get the hatch open and get inside and close it. After crawling over the seats and moving the thing I realized the doors still could not be opened. I sat out there fifteen before my wife finally come outside to let me out. I'm sure there is a button to open the hatch from the inside, but finding it with all the junk in back would have been impossible....

Remember, I used to "hate" fried turkey until you convinced me Tim's Cajun Kitchen wasn't the best example of what fried turkey should be.
