I don't mean this is any flip way...but she's going to realize she was lucky once tomorrow comes. I've been there. Over 70k in damage to my house on 4/27/11. The initial shock is very traumatic. I feel for her and her family. But with time she'll see that escaping with her life/safety was the most important thing. Terrible.
Yikes. Yep, definitely down again. Thankfully a bit intermittent and inconsistent in signature as of yet so hopefully it doesn't put down another big one.
What's crazy is his location appears to be near the northern edge of the main area of damage.
Again want to point out that Google maps provides a decent rough proxy for spotting damaged areas in cities. So far it is lining up very well with damage reports out of Dayton.
I fear that we're not getting damage reports from the most damaged/hardest hit areas.
