Manufactured home destruction definitely gives it the likelihood of EF2, we'll see if frame home damage is higher than that. Ironically judging by radar velocity this is in the EF4 range compared to historical cases but closer to low EF3 by debris height.

It definitely look like based on the data it had EF4 strength

Thankfully there’s a whole lot of nothing in SW Georgia. Didn’t Damascus get hit a year or two ago as
2 Jan 2017-Early county (where Damascus is located) had 3 ef2s, one of which I believe hit or came very close to Damascus. Albany had a major straight line wind event that same day.
22 January 2017- ef3 in Albany.

Pretty sure a tornado is passing right near the KLTX radar in North Carolina... what is it with these coincidental tornadoes happening right by the weather office radars??

It's a little hard to tell if it cycled at one point with all the clutter by the radar, but it's definitely down again because the debris ball spiked in reflectivity. Thankfully over pretty rural areas for the moment, but it definitely hit some structures before.

Still down with debris ball and extreme velocities, does look like it cycled for a but but VROT (72kt) and debris height (21kft) suggest possible EF3+

Riegelwood, Northwest, and Sandy Creek all need to take cover now. They've got some decent lead time on this, but it's past midnight for them. Hoping people are awake and aware, because this supercell and/or tornado could continue for quite a while.

Massive debris fallout, this was a strong one; damage already being reported

Brunswick county scanner, doing S&R

On scene confirmation of people missing and destroyed homes

4-5 homes "flattened" or "missing" as per scanner

The damage is to homes around a golf course at Grissettown, just w of the radar site
