I certainly believe the rate of infections have begun to level (not completely, but it’s a start) in New York and New Orleans (only two I’ve really looked at). Dr Fauci said so himself that we are starting to see it in New York. It’s going to show that what we’re doing is finally beginning to work and we need to continue.I’m not convinced anything has flattened. If our testing capacity increases and the plateau remains, then I’ll believe it.
