Next tornado coming near I-40 east of Johnson as yet another meso develops quickly
If anything it looks more impressive radar wise than when it was going through Shawnee

Where in the H*** was the Tornado Emergency for Shawnee??? Did I miss something?

Based on CC… I’m not sure anything significant was actually down in Shawnee.

The storm really blew up in a hurry. One thing I've learned this season is there's always a chance for a storm to come back and show its ugly side again.

From what I saw was the PTDS was lite up like a Christmas tree at the time. Sorry, but so much for the Slight Risk as well over OK. SHould have at least been an EHN. I mean CAPE was at 3500 and an LI at -10, with VTP at 14 and what looked like about a 70Td near OKC around 7:00 P.M. on the Meso page
