Brett Adair reported a brief tornado on that storm, he was right underneath it in the hook and stopped because of a rising motion. A couple minutes later in a clearing he was able to spot the tornado.

There will be some wind threat, but I'm not anticipating a tornado threat that far north.

Boundary interaction upcoming. Outflow from Central MS storms surging south. Either will enhance or completely undercut them.

Southern MS with an uneasy eye towards those discrete cells that fired in LA. Conditions not quite like a week ago but worth keeping tabs on.
