They could well be wanting to call in a QRT, or could be that the worst is over in JAN closer to Bassfield. We wait to hear from JAN now I guess.

Is the dirt pile near that house scoured ground, where trees were uprooted, or was it there before?Contextual evidence is about as violent as I've seen in the last three or so years, the more I see the more I'm impressed. Looks like a brick house and it's hard to tell with resolution but those might be anchor bolts. There's still green on a couple trees laying nearby but those might have been blown in from elsewhere OR the house might have been in a subvortex path. Time will tell maybe
I agree with the rating but I would think the winds are a little higher than that.Bassfield tornado given preliminary rating of an EF-4 with winds up to 170 mph.

I'd bet final rating is higher than 170, but glad to see another violent tornado get recorded as a violent tornado
