it's going to get torn apart by shear by saturday evening. it's probably already close to peak strength.

Dolly is now a remnant low. We will have to see if she pulls a Harvey and reforms in the western Caribbean or Gulf.

Nhc has yellow lemon in the gulf also in the Caribbean couldn’t find a post about it from nhc

A Storm Surge Watch has been issued for the U.S. Gulf Coast from
High Island, Texas, to the Vermilion/Cameron Parish Line, Louisiana.

* Port Bolivar to the Vermilion/Iberia Parish Line

I'm not one to believe a GFS 2 weeks away at all, but holy freaking crap what a scenario the 18z just spit out. FL west coast walker - then up into GA and the carolinas to rain out over a few days. Just - no, thank you. A pattern shift would be great, but not this please.
