No she didn’t. All of the energy was on the Trump campaign. She could not draw flies to a landfill. His crowds and the enthusiasm were unreal and the media ignored it. Thought it was fake. I knew early on Trump would win.

You know she got more votes than him. She was a terrible candidate, a terrible person, and more people voted for her.
results were generally within the margin of error nationwide.

Folks seem relatively consistent here especially regarding the morality of Trump's past transgressions. IDK if you were reading during the Obama years but it was quite a different experience on the political subthread. No doubt the controversial Trump is too much to swallow especially for rational and fair minded users which comprise the majority who contribute to the political discussion today. It used to be Infowars spam and far right lunacy. Now it seems there's a respectable moderation occuring and that's outrageous to some. Quite funny to tell the truth.
I guess if you were to put me, a left winger, in the same room as a socialist Alexandria ocasi-ite then we wouldn't agree on things either.
I feel like character is as important as an ideological position. The reason being, as Trump's campaign said, we need to drain the swamp. Nobody should deny that. It's the truth. But if someone doesn't have the character of a trustworthy person, why should I believe they'll actually drain that swamp? Case in point, Trump and his swamp draining. Less money for science, less research, less government restrictions on pollution, etc etc... Some may seem like a left talking point but it's an honest concern amongst many people unaffiliated with political ideology and suites the metaphor nicely. What has Trump done for long term goals and how has he promoted the wage gap? Minimum wage remains the same as it was ... National debt remains above 20 ... 25 trillion. Tax cuts for the rich. Has there been a crackdown on those tax loopholes? I hope there's a Panama Papers for the US. I'm sure it'll get forgotten about in a week thanks to the wealthies influence on both media and government.
It goes against the fabric of our democracy. The people are in charge. I don't believe for a second that thought has ever gone through Trump's head. He thinks he is in charge. That's the kind of person I never want to represent me, my family, state or country. He is a civil servant and he serves "We the people". You don't have to listen to him long to realize the only people he seems to focus on are himself and those in his perimeter of personal awareness. Trump and his followers can tout all the little victories they want, but to me he's a untrustworthy self-centered swamp coated businessman who should have no business making decisions that impact our lives. His own words and actions are plenty enough to seal that up for me. You may be okay with disregarding those character flaws but I and million of others definitely are not.

Fairly recently Nancy Pelosi said she was not rushing impeachment and they have been working on it for 2 1/2 years. The phone call that resulted in the whistle blower complaint that started this impeachment crap occurred July 25, 2019. Nancy, you have some splaining to do!

That wasn’t about impeachment. It was a conspiracy theory that you bought into. Don’t you feel the least bit betrayed by “your media”. They lied to you incessantly for almost three years. And you spewed and regurgitated their lies non stop. You should demand an apology!

If I’m not mistaken, mueller came to the conclusion there was was not a conspiracy by the Trump campaign to collide with the Russians. The AG and assistant AG concluded there was no obstruction.

You are mistaken. Mueller said he couldn’t prove a conspiracy, but there was evidence for it. He also said one of the reasons he couldn’t prove the conspiracy is because he was lied to, evidence such as texts and WhatsApp messages were deleted, and people like trump gave incomplete answers or didn’t answer at all.

There are many people that know this to be truth. Mueller chargers not one person in the Trump campaign with collusion or obstruction.

Before he reached a conclusion? Was she getting private updates on the investigation? If so she was misled.
