I still disagree that Nate's death or damage toll was enough to warrant retirement, even in Central America, but eh, retirement or lack thereof of marginal storms has been arbitrary for decades. I like Margot and Nigel as replacements though. Harold was expected, and honestly they're running out of 'I' names so fast they just have to take what's left.

Puerto Rican government officials raise the official death toll from Hurricane Maria that hit the island last year to nearly 3,000. This makes Maria the second deadliest hurricane in U.S. history and the deadliest for the country in the past century.
