SPC seems a little more confident something will pop in the Midwest later this afternoon. Slight risk/5% TOR now with decent clearing in N. IL/S. WI including Madison where we're getting full sun right now. 16Z HRRR likes Illinois better but warm front is close to/just north of the state line. Hmmmmmm...

I wonder if it was near completetion…I just realized that it was myself…still though it could be a contender for ef4…brand new and probably very well built. Depending on the completetion level…maybe, maybe not
