My bad! I saw your earlier post but I got distracted and ended up never coming back lol. There are actually two of them, but I don't really know what to make of them without more info. They look like they're straight out of the Flint-Worcester outbreak. They're not, but that's what they instantly call to mind for me:
I tried Google, Tineye and Yandex, but none of them had matching photos so actually these might really be Tionesta photos. Disappointingly if they are they don't show the "rolling fog bank" section that was described, similar to how there are no photos of Atlantic's "rolling fog bank" phase. You did also mention that you had a few possible Kane photos that are also awaiting verification.
EDIT: Just gonna go ahead and make a list of the violent tornadoes and if there are photos of them, in chronological order:
Grand Valley: No photos
Albion: Multiple photos
Barrie: Exactly one photo
Atlantic: Multiple photos, none during wedge stage
Corry: Multiple photos, one during wedge phase, at least one video at max width that hasn't surfaced yet
Niles-Wheatland: Plenty of photos and video
Tionesta: At least one video that hasn't surfaced, a few photos that also haven't surfaced, two photos that might be of this tornado although not verified yet
Moshannon: No public photos, at least one photo that hasn't surfaced
Kane: Multiple unverified photos
EDIT 2: Also adding one more because Significant Tornadoes, NCDC and the State College memorial page have it as F4:
Watsontown: No photos
