I found the road near Carrollton where the fatalities are being reported. It looks like there are some well built homes, but then several mobile homes on the road.

At 338 PM EST/238 PM CST/, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Fairmount, or 11 miles northwest of Chattanooga, moving northeast at 70 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
