I would say everyone from Albertville to New Hope and Owens Crossroads. If you are in Arab you should already be in your shelter.

So far damage in Cullman County I'm hearing are trees on houses in Johnson's Crossing, a barn destroyed in Baileyton and damage to multiple structures in Holly Pond, including the roof of Holly Pond School.
