Really need to watch that 4/2 system, looks like moisture could be abundant and that type of jet coming ashore on the Euro/AIFS/EPS could lead to a large event. I'd favor areas in the Midwest and Mid South for now.

From Day 5 onward I think it's been conditional on capping, since the trough ejection is delayed somewhat. The hatching is likely for significant hail.

Looking over run-to-run trends, yeah, that's about as concerningly consistent of a look as one could ask for.

Also, take a look at the GEFS mean precip depiction. Absolutely crazy how well-defined it is over the last few runs, showing the cyclonic geometry of the system's associated convection. Definitely something to keep very close tabs on.
