AbsolutelyIs it possible that New Orleans saw higher totals of snow than surrounding areas because of lake effect snow from Lake Ponchatrain?
I second that thought myself …. This pattern here can take a hike now …I am starting get my mind on some other type weather . And most people on here know what I am referring to lolGood morning. It is currently 7 degrees here on the hill. That is why I am SO thankful we did not see the snow because it would have been so much colder. And I would have been finding a hotel because our heat pump already can't keep up. Can we fast forward to spring now? (NOT SUMMER!) Even 50s would be lovely!
Yeah had we seen snow we could've had </=0 temps in Cen AL. Bham apparently dropped to 9, lower than forecast to begin with.Woke up to 5° this morning and what will probably be Atmospheric Anti-Climax pipes in the yard; looking forward to being above freezing for the first time in very literally 72 hours soon. Saw some 1-3° readings across Louisiana, breaking all time lows in many spots. I am so done with winter already lol
This weekend, but it'll be just rainIs there another system expected to hit the SE ?
