Light sleet with flurries has begun here. Nexrad did a good job of seeing it. I'm not quite under the orange yet. Lots still not hitting the ground.

Heavier sleet now here in west Blount county. More sleet than snow, but some flakes mixed in. Porch getting crunchy. All frozen so far.

32.9 (dp 29.3) very light drizzle still here. maybe a sleet pellet or two, but things are just wet here precip still very light

My deck is sleet covered, and I've seen a few flurries. Temp has dropped to 35 from 38 when the precip started.

i’m now at 32.5… precip slightly heavier now, but still light. i’d say about a 5:1 ratio of rain to sleet at the moment.

everything is just wet.

It's gone over to all light snow now here - love it! I got to see it fall from the sky. No clatter of sleet mixed - all snow, that lovely quiet fall. Somewhat surprised, to be honest. Way to go, GFS to sniff out the 850 temp crash by 3am...lol.

Dumping snow here now and sticking on all but roads and rocks. Sounds like a little either rain or sleet mixing back in when it gets heavy.

My concrete driveway is starting to get covered. Solid dusting already elsewhere. Huge flakes now. Glad I stayed up to see this.

32.2/30.4 mostly sleet with a few flakes and maybe some raindrops mixed in. have a solid crunchy deck and car now. driveway a little icy as the sleet is falling faster than it is melting.

still a decent amount of rain or melting is occurring though based on liquid coming out of my gutters
