The large area of rich moisture seems impressive this time of year and how close temperatures and dewpoints are to each other.

I actually think you may have another tornado watch a little before midday for portions of southwest Alabama and southeast Mississippi. Things are going to be rocking over a large portion of the southeast simultaneously. If that's Alabama gulf convection clears out quick. The latest hrrr already hinted at convection in those two areas I just talked about.

Already got a bunch of supercells with broad rotations and semi hooks in Lousianna, I'm guessing. A tornado watch is going to be imminent.

Foggy here in Alexandria with a temp of 68F and dewpoint of 68F. Already some cells to the west with numerous lightning strikes.

Oh thank God! I'm back! Woke up this morning with no Internet and no cell service. (I have Verizon for both.) Started to have 4/27 flashbacks and really didn't want to fly blind tonight. Trying to catch up on the thread.

ALL of Verizon - internet and cell service - was down for hours, so if they use that, they may be trying to get things straightened out?

Incredible hook, wouldn't be surprised for a tornado in the short term. Incredible structure.

Finally went tornado warned. On a pretty close path to populated town ; Alexandria.

The structure of the storm doesn't really get much better than that. Dangrous if this thing really wraps on in velocity
