I wouldn’t really call this a Clipper type system . Clippers usually are just strong cold fronts coming down from nw flow and usually squeeze out every little moisture it can. This is more of an upper level low type system. And they can actually over perform at times . We shall seeThese clipper systems always under perform on moisture. I would say 20% actually ever have accumulations in North Alabama. Sometimes you go from hoping for a couple inches>dusting>to just hoping you see some flakes.
