Round one to moisten, round two blizzard leftovers? LOL. Crazy that we're getting ground truth west and east now. Dry slot?I do think there will be a burst of snow near I 20, could be south, around early this afternoon.
Not a dry slot just dry air alot and lack of lift...that will change for a very short period of time later today before the high flexes in and pushes it out.Round one to moisten, round two blizzard leftovers? LOL. Crazy that we're getting ground truth west and east now. Dry slot?
Are you thinking it's enough to cause any travel impacts in the Bham area laterNot a dry slot just dry air alot and lack of lift...that will change for a very short period of time later today before the high flexes in and pushes it out.

Why do some of these reporting stations have higher dewpoints than temps? How is this possible?Low heading east now.

Was wondering that myself. Perhaps difference in reported time. Only report the dewpoint so often? Why do some of these reporting stations have higher dewpoints than temps? How is this possible?
I realize that I may only see flurries at this point, but I am a little confused at the timing. The NWS says 8am-11a
Wish it would head northeast
Thanks ..I was about to.edit that. I noticed my mistake after the fact.8 am - 11 pm.
Hard to tell - same problem tracking it as with understanding it, lack of surface data in the Gulf. Looks due east to me on sat, but can be deceiving. Is the low tracking per the models or is it tracking better for central Alabama ?
