Weather Banter

Not a fan of high 80s already. I usually only prepare to be phenomenally miserable from May through October, not April.

I was wx geek wasted last night and now I’m wx geek hungover.... anyone feeling it?

I'm doing surprisingly well. Laid down about 3am, then the worst storm to hit Huntsville came through about 330am(never went severe) and woke me back up long enough to check the radar, went back to sleep and was up by 730. I'll probably crash about 9pm.

Nathan stayed up till his normal wake up time 4am and only slept till 7:30.
And those storms are still at it!!

One of these days I'm going to have to come hang out in your neck of the woods.

What not to do during a tornado warning broadcasted live on air. Warning gets issued, TV crew continues standing outside reporting.

I'll admit I spent longer than I should have staring at RadarScope after our warning was issued the other night before going to shelter (although it barely even rained here and the storm didn't produce anyway).
