Sidewalk flooding too. The side of our house had a lot of dirt with no drainage and our wall got full of mildew over the last 2 years which were very wet.
We had to put concrete there and a pipe for drainage and fix the wall. That took over 4 months because construction always takes forever. It was put to the test. The side of the house is not flooding anymore, but the sidewalk is.
