I'm confused by this warning unless there's ground truth I don't understand why they warned it other than it looks dangrous lol

Hot Springs storm has a TVS marker on it, but I'm not really seeing any rotation.
A lot of storms currently with broad rotation we might get bogged down with some warnigns soon if todays track record of warning on dangerous LOOKING storms lol
