Yeah like Andy pointed out above, a bit stronger low-level shear today and we would have a big big problem.

I can see why they issued a PDS when you look at higher tilts (aside from spotter report). Geez, once that level of rotation comes down to lower elevation that's not gonna be good.
EDIT: Might have a TDS now.

My main concern is definitely western Kentucky, because the surface winds are forecasted to become more backed as time moves along. This would foster a stronger tornado threat with any isolated cells in that area in a little while.
