I agree on that for sure. Just think, Hurricane Milton peaked at 180 mph. That is a high-end EF4.

Milton was a 100+ mile wide EF4 practically!

Per Riley from Max Velocity’s stream, the storm is taking a hard right turn straight into Lubbock. Very, very bad scenario may be unfolding here in the next few hours.

Looks like the Levelland, TX storm is really tightening up, but at the same time it looks like the RFD/outflow is really surging... that may choke off the inflow pretty fast.

This is one of the scarier images of 2025. Still over an hour away, but not what you want to see at all. All the storms to the northwest and southwest are starting to rotate as well, but they still have a bit of developing to do.

This storm is about to tighten up and do it at any moment. That thing is heading straight for the Western Lubbock Suburbs.
