That is an intense velocity couplet. Looks like it'll miss Morton to the north luckily. Not much for it to hit for a while after that. And look at that hook!

Genuinely impossible to tell how strong the inside of this thing is, the dust on the outer circulation is completely killing the view of the inner vortex. Based on radar it's probably strong, but I'm hearing the word "violent" being thrown around by the chasers when there's zero indication of that being reality right now - but every chaser exaggerates tornado intensity so I don't really blame them.

Looking at Ryan Hall's stream...that is a monster. Hard to judge exactly from the map but it's looking like it's well over a mile wide.

There is absolutely nothing around to impede this thing and it's heading way too close to comfort to Lubbock. Might be occluding now, as it undergoes a merger with the only other cell that was in the area.

Apparently the tornado has ingested so much dust that the storm is somewhat "red" in coloration according to one of the chasers. That's pretty damn ominous.

Kind of reminds me of Red Rock. Obviously not that strong but just appearance-wise.
