Severe WX Severe Weather Threat - December 8th-10th, 2023

Wasn't going to reply to this nonsence but I am.. What I sent wasn't dirty or childish, Not going to deal with trolls like you and others. It's hard to talk about the weather when you guys have a smart opinion about everything I post. I have move on, it's time for you guys to do the same. And last I check, preparedness is weather related. Have a great day, and stay safe.
No trolling here, as anyone following the thread can see. Let's stick to the weather. Preparedness is important. I don't think it's a problem for those of us who are sustaining members of Talk Weather.

Oh no… radar is down during an event in Dixie. SHOCKER. lol
Weather radio. Only outage is Columbus but will be up again in a few hours.

The HRRR appears to be more convectively active tonight. Curious to see how that activity leads into tomorrow.

The thermodynamic structure looks special with this setup. A few degrees warmer at the surface and the environment is boosted a lot with how favorable the mid levels are advertised. Those are dangerous 500-700mb temperatures.

Based on what I'm seeing in CAMs right now....I'm thinking Oxford MS looks like the best spot.

I may start at hwy 6 in the Delta and work towards Tupelo and Hwy 45 corridor.

@ashtonlemleywx Hmm. Is that your backyard lol? Must be nice. A Saturday threat centered on you. Ha ha. I can’t get in touch with my chase partner @Justin Hindman Hindy .

If we start getting better instability/moisture transport/etc. further northeast via a stronger LLJ that might actually be a problem because you're getting into substantially better shear (350+ SRH vs. <200 or over the original risk area where the winds are pretty unidirectional). Not gonna freak out about it when it's still 30+ hours out but definitely cause for concern if it materializes.

Stay safe man!

Knew it. I KNEW IT WOULD HAPPEN.
Had to say that. Carry on with your day.
It always creeps to Alabama.
Lol, 18z hrrr is coming out, curious to see what it says, a big area from southeast Arkansas all the way to Alabama will have there chance of severe weather it seems. Not sure if the the RAP is just faster or what.

Really think most Alabama will get spared as best dynamics get pulled northeast …. I’m off tomorrow guess me and my partner start out Ms. Arkansas delta region. Work back home

If I had those powers none of us would ever be broke again. Tuscaloosa just sucks severe weather into the state. It’s like a vortex.
Hahahhahahaha omg you really put that under my name. I’m honored hahaha
